Damaged or incorrect items
If a parcel arrives damaged, leaking or containing the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
Food safety
Because these are consumable food products, opened items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. Unopened items in their original seal may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the return being received and checked. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it is despatched. Once the courier has collected it, the returns process above applies instead.
