Despatch time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are usually despatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are despatched on the next working day.
Small-batch items occasionally take an extra day to mill and pack. If that applies to your order we will tell you rather than let you wonder.
Delivery time
Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days from despatch. Other serviceable pincodes: 4 to 7 working days.
Remote and hill pincodes may take longer, particularly during monsoon and winter road closures.
Shipping charges
A flat shipping rate applies to every order, and is waived above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery orders carry a small additional handling fee, also shown at checkout before you confirm.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as the courier scans the parcel. The same link is available under Account, then Orders.
